Ordered etchings for a cause preorder back in June, told it would be available in November. They charged my credit card, instead of putting a hold, which is the ethical thing to do when not actually providing the product. Reached out on November 27th still not available, global shipping demands and what not… well I decided to go looking at other sites and they have that line of fabric on SALE! Why am I still waiting for a product from them when clearly it’s available at other stores for less? Beware when choosing a preorder item from Dinkydoo.
